I attended a wonderful class last weekend that integrated some of the most current principles and practices of neurobiology, mindfulness, trauma healing and attachment.
Class participants included psychotherapists, yoga teachers, educators, massage therapists, all of us human beings with our own lived experience that also facilitates our work in service to others. At the end of the day, I felt immensely hopeful and inspired.
Translated: our bodies and our brains are already wired and ready to assist us in our healing.
