Supervision & Mentoring

I am passionate about supporting others in their vocational exploration and development, particularly during times of transition and change.  I have also had a few supervisors who really missed the mark, so I know how helpful it can be to meet with a skillful, generous mentor for guidance and support.

Currently I offer individual and group supervision for spiritual directors, as well as clinical consultation for psychotherapists. More than just a coach, as a mentor and consultant I guide people to listen inside for their own inner clarity.

With passion, clarity and insight, Karen is a superb workshop leader, mentor and writer. She brings energy from years of engaged introspection and the wisdom of time and experience to her facilitation with groups and with individuals. She has the courage to live fully, and the presence of heart and mind.

Mentoring provides a dynamic relational approach to supporting the goals and dreams of each individual. I have been blessed to have a few longtime mentors who have given everything from writing letters of recommendation to giving encouraging pep talks. Now I have the opportunity to give back the support, kindness and guidance that has been so generously extended to me.

Whether you are seeking professional supervision, wrestling with career questions, life transitions or important decisions, having a mentor can be a refuge for dialogue, encouragement and clarity.
