I am so honored to be part of this amazing new project in the Bay area, after many years of supporting countless women and their partners who have experienced the loss of a pregnancy or newborn. So many people grieved alone, longing for spiritual resources to help them walk through their emptiness and find wholeness and peace.
It is profoundly humbling to weave together my experiences as a perinatal social worker, therapist, spiritual director, aunt, sister, friend, and offer them to the Jewish Memory Garden.Together this amazing team of colleagues and community members have drawn on our deepest personal and professional experiences to make this vision a reality: a place in the garden of memory to honor our losses.
May their memory be for a blessing in our hearts always.
