Elul Day 28
I have been thinking about traction lately.
Traction steadies our feet.
Traction involves ongoing points of contact and connection.
Traction requires a solid, reliable boundary.
We need traction to keep us from falling.
Its cousins are attraction, distraction, contraction, extraction.
Action is part of the word traction.
Traction is also a medical term used to put things back into place, to relieve pain and pressure.
Traction is needed in order to move closer to and away from things.
Traction includes pulling, resistance and friction.
Traction moves us forward.
Traction is how we get a grip.
