each one purposeful

focused

relying

on the Other

circuits flowing

It is revealed and
known before your Throne of Light and Love that if one of these passage-ways be
open when it should be closed, or blocked when it should be free, one could not
stay alive or stand before You.*

Are there any open passage-ways inside you that need to be closed, or that are blocked and need to be open and free? What do you need to feel restored and renewed? Take a moment to notice where in your body you might be holding some of this.

My friend and colleague Deliah Rosel has taught me that the kidneys are described in the Talmud as divination tools and mystical teachers. Even the holy sages recognized the power of the body; otherwise they probably would not have made up so many rules for us!
