I am gobsmacked by how self critical people are, how harshly we judge ourselves while at the same time being loving, patient and compassionate with others.
May we inspire on another to extend wholehearted loving kindness to ourselves as generously as we offer it to others. In doing so, we continue to en-COURAGE one another exponentially.
