Remember that old childhood game, "Truth or Dare?" Someone asks you a question, and you can either answer it truthfully, or you have to accept a "dare." It's a forced choice game–you have to do one or the other.
How does that translate into our grown-up lives? What is scarier, to tell the truth (to yourself, to someone else) or to accept the dare? Are there certain truths you are not willing to reveal? How do you feel about the risk of a dare? Where do you draw the line?
How might you risk being more truthful and more daring in your life?
