Mentoring & supervision support the unique goals and needs of each individual. I guide people with a variety of tools and practices to listen inside for their own inner clarity, not only with regard to their actual work with clients, but also to create sustainable, thriving careers.
Supervision is a bit of a misnomer since what I actually do is support the growth and success of creative people who want to successfully hone their skills and practices. Some people call it co-vision or mentoring to more accurately reflect the collaborative nature of the relationship.
Currently I offer individual and group supervision to spiritual directors and soul care practitioners, as well as consultation and mentoring and for The Dinner Party, a global community of adults in their 20s and 30s who have experienced the death of a parent, partner, child, sibling, or close friend. Supervision and mentoring sessions can be in person or online.
Karen’s gift is the offering of consciously embodied sacred presence in every context in which she appears – as a facilitator, guide and advisor. Whether in strategic program planning, spiritual counseling, or positive inquiry, Karen helps me to consider all options for my own growth and the growth of my non-profit. You want her on your team!
