Radical healing is possible when you are willing to speak simply to be heard, received and witnessed, even in your silence. Not to be persuaded, corrected, or fixed, but to reflect your dignity back to you like a radiant mirror.
Simple does not mean easy. In this case, simple means uncomplicated grace.
When I offer or receive heart speech in this way, I feel a renewed sense of hope about what else is possible.
Radical healing is also possible when we can sit together in that kind of sacred silence, rather than the silence of awkwardness, fear or dread. Silence that liberates rather than oppresses or destroys.
So I need you to tell me what you need: silence or speech. Or both.
