Using creative, experiential and somatic approaches, we will explore daily spiritual practices drawing on resources from a variety of cultures and faith traditions, including embodied meditation, poetry, chant and ritual. This 8-week multifaith, multicultural group is open to people of all genders from a variety of spiritual practices and traditions.
When: Wednesday afternoons from 1:30 – 3:00 PM (Beginning mid November 2014)
Where: San Francisco office location – Inner Sunset neighborhood
Cost: $360/person for the entire 8 week series
