Let’s Stay Safe and Healthy

Given the continued changing updates about the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19, also called SARS-CoV-2),  I am steadfastly committed to the health and well being of my clients, students and colleagues.

As people are now remaining at home in order to limit their risk of exposure to illness or spreading illness, I am glad to be able to offer the option of confidential teleconferencing (video sessions) or phone sessions during this time.

I am committed to being available and traversing this time together with compassion and flexibility as best we can. While I look forward to resuming in person sessions when the situation resolves, I am grateful we have this way of connecting during this time of physical distancing, particularly during a time of intense emotional and psychological challenge.

During stressful times people may irrationally direct their fear or anger toward others. Viruses do not target specific racial or ethnic groups. We are all in this together, and we can do our best to extend kindness and compassion to others.

Take care of your spirit and your energy. Basic deep breathing can be done almost anywhere at any time, and according to a 2014 study, may help strengthen your immune system.
